I weighed myself and I lost 7 lbs in about 3 weeks! Woo hoo! On my way to being skinnier and healthier! FINALLY! I am beginning to see progression of not eating whatever I want! I'm glad! I have not been working out as much as I want to, which I harp on all the time and hope to change soon....but I am just so glad that I have lost weight! The scale was an eye opener a couple weeks ago! Glad I have lost some of the weight! Plus I feel I'm looking better. Like back to where I was pre Owen. Greg has said almost ever since I had Owen that I have had my body back, but I have not felt like it. I just need to tone up. That's what I need.
So, I have been eating really good lately. (Except for Greg and my fun Presidents Day Date Day!)
Here is my smoothie I drank today:
1/2 a banana
6 whole frozen strawberries
1 cup Almond Milk
3 ice cubes
I drank it in a beer glass for fun! I really liked it, of what I could taste of it... Now if only all my taste will come back to me....stupid cold. Had a cold for a little over a week already. NOT fun. But I feel that if this is my sweet treat during the day, I will avoid the cookies or bad processed things!
