02/04/13

So, didn't have long yesterday to work out but I did!  I walked at a fast pace for about 20 minutes.  Something is something right?  No matter how little!  I think today, since it's Greg's day to work out, I will do some crunches and floor exercises when I'm watching Owen play.  That way I'm at least doing something.  Right?  

Keep you posted!  Here's to loosing my weight and toning up!!

Soon I will contact my friend, Jessica Rahm, to get nutrition advise!  I bet that will help bunches also!  I'm trying to eat right anyway but I wonder what kind of advise she has for me.....
