Day 3 (08/05/12)
 
I think I will rest today from running.  :o)  Although my legs feel great from the last two days!  Feel like they have worked out and I can feel the muscles building from running!  That is such a great feeling!   Maybe I'll do an arm work out?  That would be good.  Want to tone up those arms!!!
 
This is also Day 1 of eating extremely healthy!  I did make my egg white muffins last night and they are SO good!!!  I will put the recipe link under here.  I do need to add some kind of flavor to them though, some kind of seasoning.  Maybe I will buy the Mrs. Dash that the recipe calls for…..

For lunch I ate a green wrap, filled with brown rice, 1 can tuna, 1 tsp miracle whip, diced red and green peppers, diced celery and diced onion!  I had a handful of blueberries as the side.  SOOO GOOD!  I am stuffed!!!  :o)  I love it!  Eating healthy makes you proud of yourself and makes you feel good!  Here is a picture of my lunch!  YUM!!
 
 
I'm proud of myself for striving to eat better and work out hard!  I know I can not do any drastic dieting due to breastfeeding but it is nice to be doing something for myself.  After Owen is done with breastmilk, I'm going to do a total cleanse, I think.  I've never done one before and want to try it!  We will see.
 
I also wonder if eating healthier will effect my breast milk for Owen too?  I bet it's better for him too.  Hm.....interesting.
