Day 2 (08/04/12)

Well I actually did it!  I ran two days in a row!!  OW OW!!  Good for me! Ha ha….Encouragement is needed to keep me going!  
I did not do as good today but still kept a pretty good ratio I think.  I probably did 50/50 with running and walking but I took a different route which had a ton more steep hills.  Not going to do that route again! Ha ha….just kidding.  I will but maybe not for a couple more running times.  Plus it did not help that I ate like crap that day.  Note to self, don't eat bad anymore!!  Makes you feel terrible!!!
I also noticed something.  I know why I'm having such a hard time running.  MY BOOBS!!!  They are so big with breastfeeding (and big in general) that when I run, they drop so hard (since I don't have a good sports bra due to my bra size rising with my breastfeeding) that they take my breath away each time my foot hits the ground!  OUCH!  I held my boobs most of the running way today and it helped some but still hard…lol.  I think I need to really get them tight into something so they don't move around as much…..all Baywatch style…ha ha.
I am actually going to start eating better too.  Greg is going grocery shopping today and I asked him to pick up some healthy things.  I found a recipe on Pinterest for these breakfast muffins.  It's just egg whites, spiniach, red pepper diced and white onion diced.  I will be adding a green pepper diced also.  She used Mrs. Dash onion and salt seasoning but I don't have that.  I may try garlic salt, but very little….and cracked pepper.  I'll let you know how it turns out!!
 Egg White Muffins...easily replace/remove  a couple obvious things and have a clean paleo inspired breakfast!
