I can not believe it....WERE OFFICIALLY 1 WEEK AWAY FROM OWEN'S DUE DATE! My Doctor put me on no work/bed rest because of these really bad pains I have been having in my lower stomach/cervix area. We think it is Owen's head hitting a nerve. It's happening more, I'm guessing because he's heading downward, getting ready for arrival!! It's nice because I pretty much lay around all day or sit on the bed and watch TV or read. I am a very active person but it is nice to relax. Plus, now I'm not hurting when I lay down! I have noticed even sitting half way up on the bed can cause the pains....so most of the time I'm laying. Although that leads to my hips hurting....uh! Oh the joys of pregnancy!
I can not wait for Owen though!! It seems so weird to think that his due date is only 1 week away. It still seems like we have a couple months to get ready. Good news is his room is COMPLETE! :o) SO happy about that! That was weighing down on me for quite some time. I have my bags packed! Greg just needs to get his stuff together to put in the bag and we are good to go!
Anyway, I took some prego pics of me the other day and wanted to share them too. I'm pretty happy with how they came out! No editing necessary, only cropping!
I really like the first one because it is intimate. Me looking down at my little baby in my stomach! It's just been me and him for so long! I'm really going to miss him moving inside me. I think Greg will really like this one. I was playing around with the light coming inside my house from my windows. I've always wanted these dark pics to work out and it was perfect!
I'm trying to get in the pictures I have wanted to take/have taken because any day this little man could decide to come out! When he does, I want to make sure I have all the pregnancy pics I have wanted taken! I think I am good now though. I also took some hockey jersey ones for Greg! I hope he likes it.....what am I saying....I know he will!! :o) He loves me so much and is always turned on to me. For that I am VERY thankful for! Here's one of the pics I edited.
